Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and select any items that you wish to buy. Click the 'Add to Cart' button put them into the shopping cart. Once you have added an item you can either change the quantity you require, continue shopping or complete the order by clicking the relevant button. Then simply follow the instructions to enter your address and payment details to complete the order.
By placing an order with us either by telephone, email or website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as laid out below.

Payment options.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro cards.
You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling.

We do not charge a handling fee.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 to most parts of the England and Wales.
On orders under £75 delivery is £3.95

Items over £25 to Scotland may incur an additional delivery charge - if there is an additional charge we will contact you before sending.
Scottish Highlands and Off-shore islands by quotation.

Delivery Time.

We will normally send your order to you within 2 working days of receipt of order, stock levels permitting.

We will email you to advise that your delivery is on it's way. Where a courier delivery has been arranged the couriers will automatically try your neighbours if you are out, as they require a signature.
If you do not wish the couriers to try your neighbours please mention this at the time of ordering.

Back Orders.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.
We will contact you by email with the option to cancel or amend your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges.

All prices shown on the website include 17.5% VAT where applicable.

Guarantee.

All goods are guaranteed against faulty manufacture this does not include excessive wear and tear, misuse, or use other than that stated in the instructions. Should you feel that your purchase is faulty, please follow the instructions under Returns Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using an encoding pattern only know to us. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or other computer.

Privacy Policy.

Immaculate Contraptions do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Any payment details are NOT stored in cookies. We may contact you via Email with future offers or information. If you do not want to be contacted, just let us know.

Returns Policy.

Faulty goods.
Should the item you have purchased prove faulty in any way please telephone 0870 240 6575 giving details of when the item was purchased and it's fault. You will be given a returns authorisation number. Please return your goods to us with this number, a copy of your original receipt and a note of your name and contact details.
ONLY RETURNS THAT PROVIDE THE ABOVE INFORMATION CAN BE PROCESSED.
Once the goods have been inspected by us and are deemed to be faulty we will issue an immediate refund. Your guarantee does not cover mis-use, accidental damage or excessive wear and tear. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unsuitable goods.
Should you not be happy with your purchase within 7 days of receipt, simply telephone 0870 240 6575 to arrange for return of the items. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number, write this clearly on a note inside your parcel, containing date of purchase, copy of original receipt and your contact details. Only unused items in perfect condition may be returned in this way. You will be liable for the cost of return carriage. Items that have been personalised or items of furniture are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered.

Any product that requires assembly cannot be returned under the Unsuitable Goods returns system once it has been assembled. If goods are returned which have been assembled then a refund will not be made and the cost of return carriage to you will be charged.

Please note that if your order has been despatched we are unable to cancel it and our unsuitable goods return policy will apply.
If you refuse delivery because you have cancelled your order or for any other reason without obtaining our permission first, you will be charged £20 up to 10kg + 50p per kilo thereafter.

Unsuitable christening wear.
Should you not be happy with your purchase you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Simply telephone 0870 240 6575 to arrange for return of the items. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number, write this clearly on a note inside your parcel, containing date of purchase, copy of original receipt and your contact details.
Only unused items in perfect condition WITH original packaging and labels may be returned.
You will be liable for the cost of return carriage.
